Reel Service designs and manufactures a range
of carrier tapes from top quality, high
specification base materials.
Base materials are specifically chosen to meet particular pocket and design characteristics and are available in tape widths from 8mm up to 200mm in both conductive and non-conductive materials. In-house design expertise, custom tooling and material manufacturing capabilities mean if your exact requirements are not currently available a new tape can be produced to your specifications within a short timescale.
We also supply additional materials to support device packaging needs, such as plastic reels, cover tape, trays, tubes and moisture protection products (Moisture Barrier Bags, Desiccant, HICs).
